Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Guide engineering teams in best practices for coding, testing, and system design
- Oversee architecture design and ensure systems are scalable and performant
- Review and approve technical designs and architectural decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and SDLC practices
- Mentor and coach team members for technical and career growth
- Lead full-stack development efforts with strong focus on React-based applications
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and project managers for delivery alignment
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and development lifecycle processes
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements or adoption
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture
Skills Required:
- 10-15 years of experience in software engineering roles with leadership exposure
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET-based development and full-stack application design
- Expertise in React for front-end development and UI architecture
- Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and mentoring engineers
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and scalable system design
- Experience working in full-stack development environments (frontend + backend integration)
- Exposure to microservices-based architecture (preferred)
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices
- Experience collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to evaluate technologies and drive adoption of modern engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in driving code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability standards
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
