Title: Technical Manager – .NET (PLC Emulation / Automation)

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to lead the design and development of PLC emulation software for advanced intralogistics and warehouse automation systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong .NET engineering expertise with a passion for building scalable simulation and testing platforms.
You will play a key role in developing emulation environments used for testing, validation, and commissioning of automated systems deployed globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC emulation platforms for warehouse automation systems
- Lead architecture and development using C# / .NET and WPF
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, controls, and hardware teams
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps
- Contribute as a hands-on technical leader, actively involved in development and design
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET development
- Experience building desktop applications using WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software design, architecture, and development best practices
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
Good to Have
- Exposure to PLC / Emulation / Industrial Automation systems
- Experience with gRPC or similar communication frameworks
- Experience with simulation/emulation tools (e.g., Experior or similar)
- Exposure to warehouse automation or intralogistics domain
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environment
