Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Lecturer to deliver high-quality technical training sessions for students/candidates. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical lectures and practical sessions effectively.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students in programming and technical concepts.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
- Support placement-related technical preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge in programming languages such as:
Python
Java
C / C++
Good understanding of:
- Data Structures
- OOP Concepts
- DBMS
- Web Technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle classroom and online training sessions.
Qualification
- 2025 Passed out candidates preferred.
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/IT) or relevant degree.
- Teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on project experience.
- Certification in relevant technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
