Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Master of Engineering in Computer Science
Role Overview:
Own end-to-end technical design and delivery of AI-assisted, full-stack enterprise systems. Drive adoption, governance, and best practices for AI-enabled engineering, leveraging GitHub Copilot Enterprise with a strong hands-on approach
Must‑Have Skills
- Full‑stack architecture using React + Python (FastAPI) microservices
- Advanced Python engineering and API design
- PostgreSQL/PostGIS data modeling
- Geospatial platform integrations (PyQGIS, GeoPandas)
- API security, OAuth/JWT, gateway patterns
- Apache Airflow orchestration
- Strong hands‑on leadership with GitHub Copilot Enterprise Coding acceleration, refactoring, Unit testing, migration support Establishing AI usage guardrails and validation practices
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical strategy
- Govern AI‑assisted development practices
- Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers
- Own non‑functional requirements (security, scalability, performance)
