Position of Description: We are seeking a Technical Leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability to drive business outcomes, build high-performing teams, and influence enterprise-wide decisions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and people leadership while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and trust.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership with Clear Purpose
- Define and execute the technology charter aligned with global enterprise strategy
- Build multi-year capability roadmaps (engineering, data, cloud, AI, platforms)
Enterprise Thinking & Stakeholder Influence
- Influence global decision-making by showcasing GCC capabilities and outcomes
- Ensure strong alignment between global priorities and local execution
People-Centered Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and scale world-class engineering and digital talent
- Develop leadership bench strength and succession pipelines
- Drive initiatives for capability building, upskilling, and future skills (AI, cloud, cybersecurity)
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance, and engagement-driven culture
Accountability for Outcomes & Delivery
- Own delivery of global programs, platforms, and transformation initiatives
- Establish strong governance models across distributed and cross-border teams
- Drive KPIs across quality, velocity, cost efficiency, and business impact
Change Leadership & Adaptability
- Lead through maturity transformation (setup → scale → innovation hub)
- Drive adoption of agile, DevOps, and product-centric ways of working
- Enable cultural integration between global and local teams
Commercial & Financial Acumen
- Manage budgets, vendor ecosystems, and cost optimization strategies
- Drive productivity and demonstrate measurable value and ROI to global stakeholders
Values-Led, Trust-Based Leadership
- Build credibility and trust with global stakeholders through consistent delivery and transparency
- Champion a culture of ethics, ownership, and collaboration
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or a related field
Track Record: Proven experience leading technical teams in a global delivery model (GDM)
Learning Agility: A documented history of staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
