Tech Leader
Location: Chennai
Role:
• Provide leadership, management, and technical vision to entire technology team.
• Manage both the internal technology ecosystem and the market facing product ecosystem.
• Head responsibility to analyse, design, develop and support all application systems.
• Strategize, conceptualise, and build a comprehensive workflow automation tool.
• Strategic technology partnerships. Manage joint development with 3rd party vendors as well as outsourced development.
• Manage all development schedules, budget and resource allocation.
• Budgeting and quality
• Stakeholder management (internal/external)
• Ability to participate in the business development process.
Experience and Qualification
• Graduate (Engineer/Computer applications preferably)
• Experience in the academic/trade publishing industry with exposure to the broader content ecosystem.
• Knowledge of publishing workflows, related automation, and cognitive technology.
• Hands on approach with experience in coding, project management and solutioning.
• Excellent communication and ability to ideate and present solutions to diverse audiences.
• Experience in building cognitive interventions.
• Experience in working with large publishers.
