Job details:
- Design, document, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions and architecture that address complex business requirements and enhance system performance
- Lead the architecture and development of code and native workflows for long-term automation and integration projects using Zoho One suite of products
- Collaborate with C-Suite and stakeholders to execute in-depth automation and efficiency improvement initiatives across Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics
- Design and implement seamless integrations between Zoho and external third-party applications including telephony, email, WhatsApp, and SMS platforms
- Develop complex custom workflows and manage workflows, functions, and API calls to ensure smooth and scalable operations
- Create technical design documentation including Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), and process flow diagrams
