Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Implement and support ITOM solutions such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Develop and configure HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows.
- Build ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules.
- Develop custom applications, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain and improve CMDB data quality and governance.
Required Skills
- 5 - 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience in ITSM module implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Experience implementing HRSD (HR Case Management, HR Catalog, Employee Center).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ServiceNow update sets and deployments..
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
