- Perform troubleshooting(remotely) across:
- Routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VXLAN)
- Firewalls (NGFW, rule analysis, NAT, VPN)
- SD WAN platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.)
- Wireless networks (WLCs, APs, RF optimization)
- Load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC)
- Lead major incident bridges and coordinate cross functional teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long term corrective actions.
- Design, implement, and optimize network solutions for scalability and security.
- Support network automation and orchestration initiatives.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and network health assessments.
- Review and approve network changes, configurations, and architecture proposals.
- Collaborate with security teams on firewall policies, segmentation, and Zero Trust.
- Support cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP) including VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, Transit Gateways.
- Maintain detailed documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.
