The Technical lead in this role will do hands on designing and will be responsible for end to end implementation and optimization. Also, Lead a large-scale migration from Cisco to Juniper Mist across Linde’s global network environment. You will provide deep hands-on expertise in Cisco and Juniper Mist LAN & Wi Fi. And drive global standard implementation, ensure consistent solutions across all global sites, and mentor team members. Lastly, provide Level 3-Level 4 day-2 support

Making an impact. What will you do?
- You will design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise‑level network solutions
- You will prepare and configure advanced network solutions
- Also, optimize performance, capacity, and reliability
- Preparing and implement advanced failover and recovery strategies
- Also, lead infrastructure integration and cross‑team initiatives and deployment and optimization of Juniper Mist LAN & Wi‑Fi systems, including Wired & Wireless & Access Assurance, EX switches, and Wi‑Fi APs
- You will provide support Day‑2 operations of Juniper Mist and the existing Cisco LAN & Wi‑Fi infrastructure
- Leverage Mist AI, Marvis and network automation tools
- You will be creating and enforce wireless policies to ensure secure wireless access
- Conducting advanced wireless site surveys, heatmaps, and multi‑site wireless planning
- Also, document site maps and network L1–L3 topologies
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate corporate network engineers and local IT teams.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco LAN, Wi-Fi (mandatory)
- Also, knowledge and hands‑on experience with the Juniper Mist dashboard, Wired Assurance, Wireless Assurance, Access Assurance, and Marvis
- And experience with Python, APIs, and network automation is an advantage
