Job Title: Technical Lead – .NET Core | ASP.NET | C# | Azure
Experience: 5–10 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies along with proven experience in leading development teams and managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical decision-making
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and team productivity
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and database design
- Experience with Azure / Cloud Services is preferred
- Solid understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture
- Experience with front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in handling client interactions
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in performance tuning and application optimization
