Job Description Tech Lead Fullstack (Python + Angular )

Technical Lead – Full Stack (Angular + Python/Django + ETL)
Experience: 8–12 Years

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Full Stack Development using Angular and Python/Django along with hands-on experience in ETL, Data Processing, and Analytics solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, designing scalable applications, handling data pipelines, and driving end-to-end technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
- Develop frontend applications using Angular.
- Build backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
- Design and manage ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Work extensively with Pandas and NumPy for data transformation and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for requirement gathering and solutioning.
- Ensure code quality, optimization, and best development practices.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Handle deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Work on database design, API integrations, and system architecture.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Angular (Frontend Development)
- Strong hands-on experience in Python & Django
- Expertise in ETL development and data transformation
- Strong knowledge of Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Data Analytics platforms/projects
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage
- Experience handling enterprise-level applications
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BE Equivalent Degree
