🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Lead - Full-Stack
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions while driving technical excellence and mentoring engineering teams.

💼 Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven ownership of end-to-end system development and delivery.
- At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 3–8 software engineers as a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager.
- Strong experience in full-stack development, including backend (Node.js, Java, or Python), frontend (React or Angular), relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, and load testing.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, and code review while following spec-driven engineering practices.
- Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and system design.
- Proven experience designing scalable software architectures and driving technical decisions from design through production deployment.
- Experience implementing microservices architecture and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve engineering practices such as code quality, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges and make sound engineering decisions.

- Drive engineering excellence by promoting code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and development best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end software development, from solution design through deployment and production support.
- Make critical technical decisions and serve as the escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud-based environments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Align technical initiatives with business objectives to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
