About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Tech Lead who blends strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities. You’ll collaborate with design, backend, DevOps, and product teams to build beautiful, high-performing, and scalable web and mobile applications while leading and mentoring the frontend team. If you love architecting scalable frontend systems, crafting intuitive UIs, optimizing performance, and guiding developers; this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of responsive, dynamic UIs using React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Define and maintain frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Translate UI/UX designs into efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Optimize components for performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate APIs and backend services to ensure smooth and secure data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint planning, testing, code reviews, and deployments.
• Mentor and guide frontend developers; conduct regular code reviews.
• Maintain reusable component libraries and drive consistency across projects.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwindcss and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Familiar with Bootstrap, responsive design, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with API integration, RESTful services, and authentication methods (tokens, cookies, OAuth).
• Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows.
• Awareness of performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Experience leading frontend projects and mentoring developers.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with Headless CMS (Strapi, WordPress REST API).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering strategies in Next.js.
• Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience building with Webflow or WordPress (custom themes, CMS integration).
