We are now looking for a Technical Lead / Founding Engineer — a rare individual who combines deep
Full-Stack Engineering expertise with strong Artificial Intelligence knowledge, and who has the leadership mindset to own outcomes end-to-end.

🧠 What This Role Is About
You will be the person who bridges strategy and execution. You will own the entire technical lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to deploying production-ready systems — while simultaneously leading and mentoring the engineering team.
📌 Key Responsibilities
→ Architect and develop full-stack, AI-powered applications and enterprise platforms
→ Work directly with international clients — gather, analyse, and translate requirements into precise technical solutions
→ Design and manage complete end-to-end technical pipelines from concept through deployment
→ Lead, coordinate, and mentor developers and interns on a day-to-day basis
→ Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients — provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure zero ambiguity
→ Drive projects to be delivered on time — or ahead of schedule
→ Own all technical documentation: architecture, codebase, processes, and delivery reports
→ Collaborate directly with the Founder on product decisions, technical strategy, and company growth → Execute any and all responsibilities assigned by leadership with full ownership and accountability
✅ What We're Looking For
Technical Expertise (Must-Have):
◉ Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
◉ Deep working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
◉ Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
◉ Practical knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, Model Fine-Tuning, and AI system monitoring
◉ Experience with DevOps practices — CI/CD, containerisation, cloud deployments
◉ Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design
◉ Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
Leadership & Communication:
◉ Exceptional written and spoken English — client-facing communication must be flawless
◉ Ability to manage a team, set priorities, and deliver consistently under pressure
◉ Strong analytical mindset — can break down complex problems and design structured solutions
◉ High ownership mentality — takes full responsibility, no hand-holding required
📋 Role Details
Type Full-Time Location In-Office — Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (No remote/hybrid) Reporting To Founder Hours 8+ hours/day, flexible based on project requirements Compensation Performance-based; determined post-evaluation

This role follows a structured onboarding model designed for long-term success:
First 6 Months — Training & Evaluation Period (Unpaid) The initial six months are a dedicated period of intensive learning, hands-on execution, and capability building. During this phase, you will be fully trained, deeply integrated into real projects, and given direct mentorship from the Founder. This period exists to ensure you are fully equipped and performing at the level this role demands.
Post 6 Months — Paid Engagement Once you demonstrate consistent performance, full ownership, and the ability to manage all aspects of this role efficiently and independently, compensation will be formalised and structured based on your contribution, performance, and scope of responsibility.
