Position Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced (7 to 9 years) .NET Core Backend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services, SQL Server, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable APIs and cloud-native applications while working closely with DevOps and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Deploy and manage applications using Azure App Service
- Work with SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning
- Implement caching solutions using Redis to improve application performance
- Secure application secrets and configurations using Azure Key Vault
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Azure CLI
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, deployments, and monitoring
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API
- Hands-on experience with Azure App Service
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server (queries, indexes, stored procedures)
- Experience with Redis Cache
- Practical knowledge of Azure Key Vault for secrets management
- Experience using Azure CLI for resource management and automation
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repos, releases)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Application performance optimization
