🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – Computer Vision
📍 Location: Pune (5 days Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive our Computer Vision initiatives end-to-end. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities — ideal for someone who enjoys coding, architecting scalable AI systems, mentoring teams, and interacting directly with customers.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Lead and mentor a team of Computer Vision engineers
• Architect, develop, and optimize CV algorithms and pipelines
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and drive successful delivery
• Deploy CV solutions on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (A4500, L4, etc.) and edge devices like Jetson Orin/Xavier and Raspberry Pi
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices
• Stay hands-on with development while leading the technical roadmap
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorRT, and CUDA
• Experience with video analytics, object detection, tracking, segmentation, and recognition systems
• Production deployment experience for computer vision pipelines
• Hands-on exposure to NVIDIA Jetson platforms and GPU deployment workflows
• Experience mentoring or managing engineering teams
• Experience in Algorithms.
• DeepStream and GStreamer optimization experience
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Model optimization, quantization, and compression
• Experience in ANPR, industrial vision systems
• Exposure to Vision Language Models, Generative AI, vLLM, or SGLang
