Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in C# .NET Core and Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and a proven track record of leading development teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to software development, as well as the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable microservices using C# .NET Core.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficient in C# .NET Core development.
- Strong experience with Angular framework.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in leading and managing software development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on C# .NET Core and Angular.
- Proven experience in a technical lead role.
