About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS Cloud, Kubernetes (EKS), and Infrastructure Automation. The ideal candidate will drive cloud-native initiatives, CI/CD optimization, and scalable platform engineering.
Responsibilities
- 8–10 years in AWS Cloud – Multi-region architectures across compute, networking, storage, and security.
- 6–8 years in Kubernetes (EKS) – Cluster design, automated provisioning, and zero-downtime upgrades.
- 5+ years in Terraform (IaC) – Infrastructure automation, standardization, and optimization.
- 5+ years in DevOps Tooling – Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- 4+ years in CI/CD & GitOps – Pipeline automation, Git workflows, Argo CD.
- 4+ years in Observability – Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog monitoring.
- 3+ years in Python scripting experience related to infrastructure.
- 3+ years experience & knowledge on AWS Bedrock for infra support.

Required Skills
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders (technical and non-technical). Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members. Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving the feedback.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Analytical mindset.
- Task/ Work Updates: Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps. Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities.
