🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Lead AI
Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions and leading high-impact technical teams? We’re looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to drive innovation, architect intelligent systems, and shape the future of AI within organization.
🎯 Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
💡 Required Skills
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
- Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience building AI APIs and integrating AI into applications
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
