Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive application architecture, hands-on development, and technical leadership across multiple product modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, enforcing engineering best practices, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Angular, Ionic, Java Spring Boot, MySQL, and REST API architecture, along with the ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Design and own scalable frontend and backend architecture
- Lead development of applications using Angular + Ionic
- Own and drive Java Spring Boot backend architecture
- Ensure optimized and efficient MySQL database design
- Define coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability improvements
Team Leadership
- Mentor, guide, and support development team members
- Assign tasks and track technical progress across modules
- Help developers resolve debugging, code, and architecture-related issues
- Participate in sprint planning, story estimation, and technical discussions
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams
Development Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Develop and implement complex business-critical modules
- Support release management and deployment activities
- Maintain technical and architectural documentation
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular
- Experience with Ionic for mobile/web application development
- Advanced experience in Java Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization
- Expertise in REST API design and architecture
- Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in leading development teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Good to Have
- Experience with Laravel
- Exposure to Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Cloud deployment environments
