Hiring: Tech Lead – Full Stack (Python FastAPI + ReactJS + Node.js)
Location: Pune | Experience: 6–8 Years | Type: Client-Facing
We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead focused on execution, delivery ownership, and client interaction for B2B applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and ensure timely delivery
- Build APIs using Python FastAPI
- Support ReactJS frontend and Node.js services
- Review code, guide team, and maintain quality
- Handle client communication, demos, and releases
Requirements:
- Strong FastAPI, ReactJS, and Node.js experience
- AWS basics (EC2, S3, RDS)
- Agile delivery experience
Profile:
- 6–8 years experience
- End-to-end project delivery experience
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
Good to Have:
PostgreSQL/MySQL, Docker, CI/CD, integrations, production support
