🚀 Hiring: Technical Lead (SaaS Platform)
📍 Full-time | Remote | 12+ Years Experience | Salary: ₹30–45 LPA
We’re looking for an exceptional Technical Lead to build and own a SaaS Job Platform from scratch. This is a high-ownership role where you will architect, develop, deploy, and scale the entire product end-to-end while working directly with the founder.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Architect and build the entire platform (Frontend + Backend)
• Own system architecture, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
• Develop scalable APIs, search & intelligent matching engines
• Ensure security, performance, and high scalability
• Lead production deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate directly with the founder and product leadership
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Technical Architect / Tech Lead with strong hands-on coding experience is required
• Strong Full-Stack Development experience
• Experience in Python / PHP
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean)
• Experience with Elasticsearch / Algolia, APIs, and mobile integrations
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices
• Product/SaaS background is a strong plus
