Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and data engineering solutions using MSBI, Power BI Services, Azure/Databricks, and SQL Server technologies. As a Technical Lead, the role is responsible for providing technical expertise, guiding the team in best practices, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, and supporting critical reporting and analytical cycles—especially within a dynamic banking environment. The role will also ensure smooth operations across BI platforms, oversee technical issue resolution, collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑geographical teams, and contribute to Agile-based project execution. Additionally, the role will support UAT environments, manage stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement across BI processes and data workflows.
Profile requirement & responsibilities
- Should be strong in Visualization tools Azure/Databricks, Data engineering, POWER-BI services and MS-BI
- Should have strong coding skills in SSRS, SSAS, Databricks (with SSAS Tabular Knowledge), Should be strong in Database (MS SQL Server)
- Control-M scheduling tool, GitHub Versioning tool, and basic DBA concepts.
- Banking Domain knowledge, AGILE
Minimal Required experience: 6 to 10 years

• Ability to work in multi-task way and manage multiple projects with changing priority

• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with counterparts in SG Paris and vendors on technical topics
• Ability to handle technical issues and escalations
• Ability to support project manager to resolve operational issues
• Ability to assist Paris Business Analyst to run UAT environment
