Job Description
- Position: Technical Lead
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 8 - 12 Years
- Employment Type: contract
Key Skills
- Strong experience in software development and system architecture
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java / Python / JavaScript / .NET
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Design and implement scalable system architecture
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Guide and mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions
