Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead, based in Mumbai. The Technical Lead will oversee and manage technical projects, support software development processes, and lead a team of developers in implementing high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include designing software architecture, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. The role entails handling technical decision-making and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong programming and software development skills, with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience in software architecture, system design, and developing scalable solutions.
- Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of the diamond or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
