We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – AI Design & AI Development
📍 Hyderabad | Work from Office

People Media Factory is one of India’s leading media and entertainment production houses, known for producing large-scale films and innovative content across multiple platforms.
We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage and optimize AI Design & AI Development workflows for creative production pipelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead AI image & video generation workflows
- Build and optimize AI-based production pipelines
- Support teams with tools like ComfyUI, Higgsfield, Flow, Nano Banana & Seedance
- Improve character/style consistency and output quality
- Guide AI Designers & Developers on prompts, automation, APIs, and workflows
- Research new AI tools, models, and production workflows
- Create SOPs, documentation, and workflow standards
- Mentor AI Designers, Interns, and Developers
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of AI image/video generation workflows
- Experience with ComfyUI, automation tools, APIs, and AI pipelines
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, LoRA, ControlNet, and model workflows
- Knowledge of Python, AWS, Azure, Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub preferred
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
