Role Description
We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Leader to guide our engineering team, drive architectural decisions, and help us scale mission-critical digital products. This role blends hands-on development with technical mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications
- Set technical direction and ensure alignment with product goals and business objectives
- Own the architecture — design systems that are secure, maintainable, and built for scale
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices across the team
- Mentor junior engineers and support their growth with regular feedback and guidance
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and processes to improve team productivity
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize performance, security, and reliability
- Lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in software development (full stack preferred)
- Proven experience designing and scaling complex systems
- Strong command of modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, Python)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and APIs
- Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL) and performance optimization skills
- Experience leading a team or playing a key mentorship role
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- DevOps or CI/CD pipeline experience
