Role Description
We are looking for a highly capable Technical Lead with strong Full Stack development expertise and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects. This role requires a balance of technical depth, architectural thinking, and leadership ability to guide a team of 4–5 developers while building scalable and intelligent applications.
You should not just know how to build, but also when and where to use AI/ML effectively to solve real business problems
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in software architecture, system design, and cloud computing solutions.
- Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks, including knowledge of multi-LLM orchestration and no-code agent building tools.
- Hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with an understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Architect and implement AI/ML-driven solutions aligned with business requirements
- Evaluate use-cases and decide when AI/ML adds real value vs traditional approaches
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 developers, ensuring code quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive best practices in coding, system design, testing, and deployment
- Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions
skills and qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong Full Stack expertise
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar)
- Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Solid understanding of when and how to apply AI/ML in real-world scenarios
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team
Good To Have
- Experience in building AI-powered products or features (recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, etc.)
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and pipelines
- Exposure to MLOps practices
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
