Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3-5 software engineers and take ownership of implementing moderately complex software products.
- Review and approve team members' estimates, designs, code, and test cases.
- Translate requirements into technical tasks.
- Design cloud-based architectures that are highly scalable, available, and performant.
- Architect and integrate AI capabilities such as LLM-based features, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights into modern applications where appropriate.
- Create software products with industry-leading user experiences that deliver game-changing business value.
- Deliver minimum viable products in weeks, not months.
- Work directly with Kickdrum's leadership and customer teams.
- Learn from and work with software industry veterans to make design and architectural decisions.
