We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who will own architecture, solutioning, and technical delivery, while leading high-performing engineering teams and building scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
Experience Required
· 7+ years of overall IT experience in software development and delivery
· 3+ years in a lead or mentorship role
Architecture, Solutioning & Technical Strategy
· Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical design
· Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing systems
· Translate business problems into robust technical solutions
· Work with Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Django
· Design and deploy solutions on AWS & Kubernetes
· Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
· Ensure systems meet performance, security, reliability, and scalability standards
· Lead technical decision-making and technology selection
· Solve complex technical challenges hands-on
· Drive adoption of modern tools and engineering best practices
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
· Remove technical blockers and ensure timely delivery
· Conduct regular 1:1s for coaching and career development
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams
· Align technical solutions with business goals
· Clearly communicate risks, progress, and technical trade-offs to leadership
Delivery Ownership
· Own end-to-end technical delivery
· Track timelines, manage resources, and course-correct when needed
· Lead code reviews and post-launch support
