We are hiring Technical Lead (Product Customization & Delivery):
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of development execution, lead customization projects, and ensure high-quality delivery across releases.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for leading the development team in delivering customer-specific customizations and enhancements
- Own technical execution, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
- Plan, assign, and track tasks across the sprint and release lifecycle
- Perform detailed code reviews to maintain coding standards, performance, and security
- Ensure proper implementation of unit testing and development best practices
- Coordinate builds, deployments, and structured releases to the QA team
- Provide technical mentorship, architecture guidance, and problem-solving support to the team
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and stakeholders to meet business requirements
- Follow up consistently on deliverables, progress, and team accountability
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, testing, and delivery workflows
- Ability to take ownership and drive responsibilities end-to-end
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Experience in Go (Golang) will be a strong plus
- Background in enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or compliance/risk applications is an advantage
