About the Role
Gloplax Solutions is a fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory firm helping world-class enterprises build and scale high-performance global teams. We're hiring an Engineering Lead to architect, build, and lead the delivery of scalable cloud-native applications powered by AI. You'll drive technical excellence across full stack development, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration — leading a team of engineers and shaping the engineering culture from the ground up.
What You'll Work On
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and microservices on AWS with hybrid Azure support
Drive full stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular on the frontend, with Python (Flask/Django) and PHP (Laravel/Symfony)
Integrate OpenAI APIs to build intelligent features — chatbots, summarization engines, recommendation systems, and content generation tools
Implement CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
Mentor and manage a team of engineers — drive code quality, security best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement
What You Bring
8–10 years of hands-on software development experience with proven engineering leadership
Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) and proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Python, and PHP
Advanced proficiency in MySQL — query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and schema design
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs (GPT, embeddings, fine-tuning) and GitHub for version control and AI-native development
Strong understanding of DevOps practices — CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
Bonus Points: AWS / Azure / GitHub certifications | Experience with LangChain or Semantic Kernel | Secure coding practices and OWASP knowledge | Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or serverless architectures | Experience in product engineering
