This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, leading developers, and delivering high-quality products end-to-end.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead design and development of scalable enterprise applications
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using strong OOP principles
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and implementations
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best practices
• Participate in architecture, design reviews, and technical decisions
• Work on integrations, APIs, backend services, and full-stack applications
• Manage builds, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product, functional, and client teams
• Ensure delivery timelines, code quality, and performance standards
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• 6–9 years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭-𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬
• Solid experience in 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Experience with 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 / 𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐬 / 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
• Working knowledge of 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬 / 𝐂𝐈-𝐂𝐃 / 𝐆𝐢𝐭 / 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬
• Experience delivering 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Ability to mentor team members and lead technical workstreams
• Good communication skills with ability to work with global clients

• Experience with 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬
• Exposure to 𝐀𝐈 / 𝐋𝐋𝐌 / 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐀𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤
• Experience in 𝐁𝐅𝐒𝐈 / 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧
• Experience working with 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Location- 𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚 (Work from office)
Travel- Opportunity to travel to 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 / 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 based on project needs.
