Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Lead located in the Pune Division. The Technical Lead will oversee project workflows, mentor teams, and act as a bridge between engineering and management. Responsibilities include leading technical solution design and implementation, conducting high-level project reviews, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards, and providing advanced problem-solving to meet project requirements. The Technical Lead will also ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in CAD modeling, design conceptualization, and iteration techniques
• Proficiency in CAE tools for virtual validation, predictive analysis, and thermal & structural assessments
• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on precision and innovation
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and mentoring technical teams
• Understanding of data security practices, preferably with knowledge of ISO 27001 standards
• Familiarity with FE modeling, CFD, and mold flow solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with manufacturing and structural solutions is an advantage
