Role Description
This is a full-time, Technical Lead based in Guwahati. The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical projects, lead a team of developers, and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards. They will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide mentorship to team members to ensure project success. The role also involves staying updated on emerging technologies and integrating them into the development process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, React.js, Angular
- Experience in Application Management, Cloud Services, and Data Management
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing technical teams and mentoring developers
- Ability to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
