Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead based in Chandigarh. The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet company and client requirements. Responsibilities include guiding the development team, ensuring project deadlines, maintaining code quality, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development, coding, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and development lifecycle management
- Experience with project management tools, version control systems, and Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams while fostering collaboration
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise in complex technical environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar technical or leadership role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms or mobile advertising is a plus
