Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Technical Lead, combining on-site work in New Delhi with remote flexibility. The Technical Lead will oversee the development and deployment of digital platforms and applications. Daily responsibilities include implementing coding standards, managing software project timelines, ensuring technical quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also evaluate technology needs, lead troubleshooting efforts, and mentor junior team members on best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, along with experience in backend and frontend development.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code for high-performance systems.
- Experience with project management tools and ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating strong time management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Ongoing students in their final year may also apply.
- Experience in aviation technology or digital media platforms is a plus but not required.
