Role Description The Technical Lead will oversee end-to-end technical execution of energy and electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring design integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, reviewing designs and technical documentation, and coordinating with project managers, clients, and vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding system design for solar, electrical, and HVAC projects, troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting site reviews, and validating installation and commissioning activities. The Technical Lead will also mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements, and support business development with technical inputs and proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in electrical systems design, power distribution, and industrial electrical projects.
- Hands-on experience with solar energy systems, transformers, HT line works, and related field installations.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems design and integration with electrical and energy infrastructure.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD for electrical design, load calculation tools, simulation software).
- Solid understanding of national and international electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, managing project timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in design, review, and execution.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and client interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects; experience in India’s power sector is an advantage.
