About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced MERN Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative digital solutions that meet client requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to all phases of the application lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications such as BCA or MCA. Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications. Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, RESTful API development, and database management is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS, as well as familiarity with DevOps practices, will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in the entire application development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. They will collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Developing efficient, reusable backend and frontend components using the MERN stack will be a core part of the role.
Designing and implementing robust APIs with Node.js and Express.js to facilitate seamless integration with frontend components is vital. Building responsive, high-performance UI components with React.js, ensuring optimal user experience, is also expected. The developer will work on integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring responsiveness and high performance across devices.
Maintaining code quality through clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices is crucial. Debugging and resolving technical issues during development and testing phases will be part of daily responsibilities. The role requires active participation in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies is essential for continuous improvement. The developer will contribute to refining development processes and workflows, enhancing team efficiency. Additionally, assisting in project estimation, providing progress updates, and collaborating with QA teams for comprehensive testing are key responsibilities.
