We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our client, a leading product-based organisation in Pune. If you have strong full-stack expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem along with cloud exposure and leadership experience, this could be a great opportunity.

🔧 Required Skills:
• Strong experience in .NET & C#
• Frontend experience with Angular
• Hands-on with SQL / database design & optimization
• Experience with any Cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Working knowledge of Python
• Strong understanding of system design & scalable architecture
• Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
