Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead, based in Gurgaon, India. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing solar, BESS and wind operational projects, ensuring timely delivery, and providing technical expertise and leadership to the team. Day-to-day responsibilities include preventive, predictive, breakdowns and maintaining technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company standards. The Technical Lead will mentor and guide junior engineers, actively participate in technical planning, and contribute to innovations in sustainable energy technology.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics
Proficiency and strong understanding of Swtchgear, HT panels, Electrical equipment, Electrical safety.
Sound understanding of Solar Plant operations.
Experience in handling mutiple plant operations.
Expertise in managing and restoring breakdowns.
Preventive & Predictive maintenance scheduling, tracking and execution at various sites.
Monitoring the inventory of critical components substation upto 400kV. Identifying single point failure and plan remedial for such exigencies.
Long term planning to avoid major breakdowns.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and Substation 400kV is highly desirable
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
