We’re Hiring: Technical Lead / Architect (.NET) | Hyderabad
A fast-growing, globally recognized SaaS product company is looking for Technical Leads and Architects to shape the next phase of its platform.
This isn’t a maintenance role. You will own the architecture, make the key technical decisions, and lead engineers building software used by customers worldwide.
🔹 What you’ll do
- Take architectural ownership of large-scale, cloud-based SaaS products
- Make strong technical decisions on system design, scalability, and performance
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, working closely with Product and Engineering Managers
- Design for observability, resilience, and scale from day one
- Drive code quality, CI/CD best practices, and engineering excellence
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, from engineers to leadership
🔹 What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of experience, including team lead experience
- Strong .NET / C# / ASP.NET backend skills (.NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+)
- Solid experience designing project-scale systems with a strong focus on scalability
- Hands-on Azure and/or AWS experience
- Working knowledge of a frontend framework (Angular, React, or JavaScript)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Good understanding of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Background in product development at a product or SaaS company, ideally mid-sized
- Good to have: exposure to AI/ML-driven features
