Architect / Technical Manager | 13 to 16 Years | Pune

As a Technical Architect / Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the technical strategy and architecture for our projects. You will work closely with development teams to ensure the successful design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable microservices and cloud-based applications. Your role will include leading technical discussions, driving best practices, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance architectures using Spring Boot for APIs and microservices.
• Define and document architectural patterns and guidelines for microservices, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on technical decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.
  
  

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Cloud and DevOps:
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and integrate DevOps practices.
• Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling of microservices.
  
  

Database Management:

• Design and optimize SQL schemas and queries for relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of database systems.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Facilitate technical discussions, reviews, and workshops to drive technical excellence and team alignment.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
