Role Description

As a Tech Lead for AI/ML with 4 to 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for our company's products. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and test AI/ML algorithms and models that will enhance our products' functionality and performance. You will work closely with a team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in AI/ML will be crucial in identifying and implementing the most suitable algorithms and techniques to solve complex problems and improve our products' user experience. In this role, you will also be responsible for continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of our AI/ML models, as well as identifying and fixing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Fast APIs and Computer Vision, with experience in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java, along with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience in handling large datasets, Data Preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Knowledge of deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying
• Managing AI/ML workflows and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Understanding of software development life cycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies
• Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
• Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering results
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
