🚀 We’re Hiring | Technical Lead – AI, Computer Vision & Deep Learning

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

At OptiSol Business Solutions, we’re building Scanflow, a cutting-edge AI product transforming Quality Control, Asset Identification, and Industrial Safety through Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Edge AI.

We’re looking for a Technical Lead who is passionate about AI innovation, thrives in hands-on leadership, and enjoys building real-world, hardware-integrated AI solutions.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and researchers working on Computer Vision & Deep Learning solutions
• Design and deploy state-of-the-art AI models for industrial use cases
• Own end-to-end development: data → model → edge deployment
• Drive innovation in object detection, segmentation, tracking & recognition
• Optimize models for Edge AI platforms (Jetson Orin Nano, Raspberry Pi, GPU systems)
• Work closely with Machine Vision Cameras & Lenses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables

🔹 Key Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in Python with PyTorch / TensorFlow / OpenCV
• Deep understanding of Computer Vision & Deep Learning
• Experience with Edge AI deployment & optimization
• Exposure to electronics & hardware integration (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors)
• Knowledge of RTSP, TCP, MQTT, UART, Modbus
• Experience in Mobile SDK / Framework development is a plus
• Proven technical leadership & ownership mindset

🔹 Good to Have

• Model quantization, multitask learning, zero-shot fine-tuning
• OCR, Multimodal LLMs, Vision RAG
• Industrial / Bullet camera handling
• API & backend exposure (FastAPI, Django, Nginx)
• CUDA, Android Studio, Cloud AI (AWS / Azure / GCP)
