Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS products for the manufacturing and Industry 4.0 domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building enterprise-grade SaaS platforms using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React, with exposure to both cloud-native and on-premise application deployments.
The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture understanding, team management capabilities, and hands-on contribution across the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers for the development of scalable SaaS products
- Drive end-to-end product engineering activities including architecture, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, ReactJS, and modern web technologies
- Build cloud-native and on-premise solutions with focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams for successful product delivery
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, CI/CD practices, and engineering best practices
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and Agile development activities
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through design reviews, code reviews, and automated testing
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root cause analysis
- Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization
- Contribute hands-on to development activities whenever required
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with product roadmap
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software product engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Node.js
- ReactJS
- REST APIs / Microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of SaaS product architecture and multi-tenant application design
- Experience in building scalable enterprise applications for cloud and on-premise deployments
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerized deployments
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
Good to Have
- Experience in Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory solutions
- Exposure to IIoT, MES, Traceability, Production Monitoring, or Manufacturing Analytics platforms
- Knowledge of industrial protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, etc.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud orchestration platforms
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent
- Strong product engineering and technical leadership background preferred
