Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to lead and deliver enterprise-grade integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in OIC Gen3, deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, and proven experience in end-to-end implementation, including direct client interaction and post–go-live support.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Core / EBS / Fusion with at least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3).
- Extensive experience integrating Oracle Fusion applications using REST, SOAP, and Oracle adapters.
- Hands-on experience with HDL and FBDI for data uploads.
- Solid experience in report building to support integrations.
- Strong knowledge of OIC security, connectivity, and agent configuration.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with Azure AD.
- Proven customer-facing experience with strong requirement-gathering and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3).
- Build and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and develop reports required for integration purposes.
- Create and manage connections using Oracle Cloud Adapters.
- Configure and manage OIC Agents for on-premise and hybrid integrations.
- Handle data uploads and migrations using HDL and FBDI.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for authentication and security.
- Ensure proper security configuration, role management, and access control across integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Own the complete end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from As-Is analysis through Go-Live and post-production support.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices to the integration team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
