Technical Lead – Full Stack (React Native + Node.js)
📍 Location: Remote (Contract Phase)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack (React Native + Node.js) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile and backend applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and modern DevOps practices.
This role requires hands-on technical leadership, architecture ownership, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable cross-platform applications using React Native and Node.js
- Build secure and scalable backend services using Express.js / NestJS
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Design and implement REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and application security
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
- Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release management
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React Native (CLI / Expo)
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices
- Strong understanding of JWT/OAuth2 authentication and API security
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Good understanding of scalable system design and performance optimization
