Role Overview The candidate will lead the technical vision and architecture of a compliance platform by designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The role involves driving full-stack development across .NET and open-source technologies while guiding the engineering team in delivering unified AI Agent capabilities, Single Authentication (SSO), and a One-UI experience. Key Responsibilities Define and own end-to-end architecture (micro-frontends, .NET services, FastAPI APIs, microservices, AI agent ecosystem) Lead full-stack development across .NET and open-source technologies Modernize legacy .NET systems (ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server) into cloud-native architectures Design unified capabilities like AI Agents, SSO, and One-UI Manage sprint planning, backlogs, and delivery timelines Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Lead containerization using Docker & Kubernetes Ensure secure deployments across Linux and cloud platforms Establish engineering standards and governance Mentor teams on architecture, design patterns, and DevOps practices Drive integrations across platforms, utilities hub, and third-party systems Required Skills & Technologies Frontend & Backend: ReactJS, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, FastAPI, Python Databases: MS SQL Server AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps Cloud & OS: AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux Architecture: Microservices, REST/GraphQL AI/LLMs: OpenAI, Llama, Mixtral, Claude, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone/Chroma Key Expectations Strong experience in microservices and scalable architecture Security-first mindset (RBAC, API security, secrets management) Proven experience in SaaS/enterprise product development Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
